Weavers Lodge is a residential home supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, that may also include a dual mental health diagnosis, to enable their successful transition into, and participation within, their local community. The home has accommodation for 8 permanent residents which is inclusive of two self-contained studios.
Join us and you can expect
- Starting from £12.00 per hour
- Level 2 qualified £12.15
- Holiday top-up payments made for regular overtime (T&C's)

Shifts
- Full time, part time and bank hours available
- Long shifts: 7am - 10pm days, 10pm - 7am nights
- Available both days and nights roles
- Offering short shifts of 7am – 2.30pm and 2.30pm – 10pm
Weekends
Working weekends is a requirement for full or part time contracted roles. We operate on a 3 week schedule:
- Week 1: Saturday in, Sunday off
- Week 2: Saturday off, Sunday in
- Week 3: Saturday and Sunday off
Training and Development
- Funded apprenticeships and diplomas
- Accredited Positive Behaviour Management training
- Mandatory training provided

Job Description
- Socialising with our residents and giving emotional support when needed
- Assisting with personal care with residents when required
- Complete relevant documentation for the residents you support
- Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with the home’s standards and expectations
- Administer medication to service users
- Attending meetings and undertaking training as required

You will:
- Live within a 20-mile radius of Castle Cary
