Locations we cover: Melksham, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge, Warminster, Westbury, and surrounding areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must!

If so, we’d love to meet you! We are looking for a Female Team Leader who’s ready to lead by example and create a positive impact on both the lives of the people we support and the team you’ll be guiding.

What you will do as a Female Team Leader:

  • Lead, Coach & Inspire: Mentor your team to deliver outstanding care
    Supportive Supervision: Carry out regular supervisions for the Support Worker team.
  • Team Coverage: Step in to cover shifts and ensure smooth operations when team members are absent.
  • Medication Management: Conduct medication audits and supervise staff with safe dispensing practices.
  • Onboarding & Inductions: Help welcome and train new team members
  • On-call Leadership: Take part in the on-call rota, including weekends, to ensure continuous support.

Team Leader Shifts:

  • 40 hours per week, various shifts.
  • Must be willing to work alternate weekends.

Key Skills Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills,
  • Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions
  • Participating in on call essential
